What is an e-Visa?
An electronic travel authorisation issued online that allows eligible visitors to enter Egypt for tourism or business.
How long does it take to get my e-Visa?
Applications are usually processed within 5–7 working days. We recommend applying at least 7 days before travel.
How long is the e-Visa valid?
A single entry e-Visa is valid for 90 days from issue with a stay of up to 30 days. A multiple entry e-Visa is valid for 180 days, with each stay up to 30 days.
How long must my passport be valid?
At least 6 months beyond your date of arrival in Egypt.
Can I extend my stay?
Extensions are handled by the immigration authorities inside Egypt, not through this portal.
Is the visa fee refundable?
No. Fees are non-refundable, including for rejected or unused e-Visas.
Do I need to print my e-Visa?
Yes. Print a copy and present it with the passport used in your application at the port of entry.

Draft applications can be edited before payment. Once submitted, details cannot be changed; please submit a new application.
